Ready to move from overwhelmed to enough?
you may benefit from personal coachingYou’re tired of feeling like you’re failing at everything that matters.
You love your family, but you’re exhausted from constantly trying to measure up—to other moms, to your own impossible standards, to everyone’s expectations.
You know you need support, but you’re not sure where to start.
That’s where coaching comes in.
Allow me to explain
What is Coaching?
Think of me as your thinking partner and personal cheerleader rolled into one.
I listen to what’s really going on beneath the surface. I ask questions that help you see things differently. I walk alongside you as you discover what works for your family, not someone else’s.
Most importantly? I remind you that you’re already enough—and help you live like you believe it.
I believe that no one should avoid getting into the world of online communication because of uncertainty or tech intimidation.
There is much to gain when you commit to effective communication online. I’m sharing my experience from years of blogging, podcasting, and online community building with you.
A few coaching sessions with me and you will leave with a clear and blueprint for an effective online presence.

What Moms are saying
Kaylee P – Mom of 2
Jennifer speaks with humility and grace as she shares her experiences of raising grateful tiny humans while being a loving wife and running a practical home. She is full of great resources and encouragement to help you navigate the journey of family life.
Silke B – Mom of 3
Jennifer is incredibly calming to talk to and has a gift for helping you think clearly through parenting challenges. She doesn’t just understand triggers from a mother’s standpoint—she thoughtfully considers where your child is coming from based on their age and developmental stage, painting a clear picture of how things could change. Her thought-provoking questions have made me way less reactionary and far more confident in my decisions – it’s almost like I’ve learned a new language! As a mom of three (almost four), I need practical solutions I can implement now, and that’s exactly what she provides. She’s truly a never-ending resource who has helped me become the parent I want to be.
Jaclyn F – Mom of 4
Is Coaching Right for You?
Coaching is a great fit if you:
- Want practical strategies, not just encouragement
- Are willing to be honest about what’s really going on
- Are ready to try new approaches (even if they feel uncomfortable)
- Want someone in your corner who gets it
- Are committed to showing up for yourself
Coaching might NOT be the right fit if you:
- Are dealing with untreated mental health issues (therapy first, then coaching!)
- Want someone to tell you exactly what to do
- Aren’t ready to make changes
- Are looking for a quick fix
Common Questions
Is this coaching, or therapy?
Coaching focuses on moving forward with practical strategies for the present and future. I’m not a therapist. If you’re dealing with trauma, depression, or anxiety, I’ll recommend professional mental health support first.
Do you only work with Christian moms?
My faith shapes how I approach coaching, but I welcome moms from all backgrounds who resonate with the Enough Mom message of letting go of perfection and discovering your unique path.
How long does coaching take?
It depends on what you’re working on. Some moms need just a few sessions to get clarity on a specific issue. Others want longer-term support for deeper transformation. We’ll discuss what makes sense for you during our consultation.
What if we're not a good fit?
That’s what the free consultation is for! If I’m not the right coach for you, I’ll do my best to point you toward other resources.
